Thomas Smith, NP-BC

Thomas Smith earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. He is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Thomas has more than 12 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner working in Family Care and Urgent Care. He also has 14 years of experience as an RN First Assistant. Thomas joined CNS in 2024.
