Ruth Ferreri earned her BSN from the University of Connecticut in 2003. She worked as a Registered Nurse at a Connecticut hospital from 2003 to 2007. While continuing to work as an RN, she returned to the University of Connecticut to pursue her Masters of Science and completed her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse training in 2007. Ruth then worked with a hospital medicine group, taking care of inpatients at two small community hospitals and then at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut.
Ms. Ferreri is a certified Acute Care Nursing Practitioner and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She joined the Center for Neurosciences in 2014 as part of the radiation oncology team under the supervision of Dr. Skrepnik.
