As Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Neurosciences, Claudia plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and driving its growth. With 25 years of healthcare leadership, she brings a strong track record of scaling physician-led organizations, executing complex capital initiatives, and guiding teams through transformative change.
Prior to joining the Center for Neurosciences, Claudia served as Chief Executive Officer for one of the largest independent cardiology practices in the country. She spearheaded the development and launch of an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and imaging services, which became integral to both patient care and business strategy.
She led numerous strategic and capital initiatives across the organization and played a key role in a successful ownership transition, directing the diligence process and ensuring leadership continuity throughout. Following the transition, she served as Regional President for a national cardiovascular platform, focusing on regional integration and growth across multiple markets.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. Known for her strategic vision, operational discipline, and collaborative leadership style, Claudia is focused on preserving physician independence while driving innovation and value across the continuum of care.
